The Water Fest is a fun, family-oriented, 2-day event held on the Colonial Beach Boardwalk. The Water Fest is on the picturesque Boardwalk and features pirates, mermaids, scallywags, vendors, bounce house, games, walking parades each day, and shenanigans!
