Continuing a tradition of celebrating community engagement in the arts, this festival will present works by emerging and established choreographers, original works by local singer/songwriters, and a video dance screening. This festival has taken place in Grayslake, Honolulu, virtually, and returns to Waukegan for its fourth year.
