Come Make a Difference — One Pillow at a Time!
You're invited to a meaningful women's service project hosted by Grace UMC on Saturday, August 23, from 9:30 AM–12:30 PM at the Wesley Center in North Augusta.
Together, we'll create 200 small comfort pillows that will be donated to local breast health centers, oncologists’ offices, and heart health clinics—offering care and encouragement to neighbors facing difficult diagnoses and treatments.
No sewing experience? No problem! There’s a role for everyone—stuffing, ironing, pinning, bagging, and more. If you do sew, we’d love your help on our Sewing Team (contact Linda Smith at [email protected] to sign up).
At 12:00 PM, we’ll share a light (and free!) lunch to celebrate what we’ve accomplished together.
Whether you're a longtime volunteer or just curious about getting involved, this is a fun and hands-on way to give back to the community. Bring a friend and join us for a morning of service, connection, and joy.
