Every summer, the Homer Fire Protection District hosts its Annual Golf Outing—an entertaining fundraiser that brings the community together in support of those who serve.
Firefighters trade bunker gear for golf clubs, taking on the course with plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and the occasional wayward shot. Between mulligans, raffles, and good-natured trash talk, the day is filled with fun while raising vital funds to support equipment, training, and department needs.
