1.11.25 Backflow Device Recertification- Medford

This is the required Backflow Tester Recertification to renew your Testers License. Rules require hands-on proficiency exam on all three testable assemblies.

2-year Certification Fee: $195

>$50 additional if certification is lapsed over 1 year<

***Fees are payable to OHA upon completion of course***

Class Fee: $35 (fee waived for Local 290 members)

Credits: 8 Hours towards Local 290s Continuing Education Benefit

Class Limit: The minimum number of students required for this class to run is 6**.
