Join us on the energetically powerful day of 11/11 for a transformative sound bath meditation at the enchanting Little Green A Plant Bar Cafe in Redwood City. This event is designed to help you set meaningful intentions for what you wish to manifest and release in your life, harnessing the sacred energy of this special day.

We will begin with a group energy cleanse to clear away any negativity and heaviness to prepare your mind and body for deep relaxation. You'll be guided through a soothing sound bath infused with Reiki energy, accompanied by a calming meditation to help you connect with your inner self. We’ll also engage in a journaling activity to capture insights, set intentions, and reflect on your experience—so be sure to bring your own journals and pens.

Only 20 spots are available! The first 6 people who sign up will have a yoga mat provided; all others, please bring your own yoga mats or blankets to lay on.
