Join me for an intimate 111 Portal Sound Journey, an experiencedesigned to help you slow down, reflect, and intentionally align with the year ahead.
Held in a small, sacred container, this experience weaves together intention setting, breath, meditation, and sound to support grounding, clarity, and presence.
🌀This heart-opening experience includes:
• Blue lotus tea
• Guided intention setting
• Breath and visualization
• An immersive sound journey using singing bowls and other grounding instruments.
• A small, intimate group (limited to 11 people)
🪷To support your comfort and intention, please bring:
• A yoga mat
• Eye cover
• A blanket & cushion (the venue has limited extras)
• A journal or pen - (optional)
• A small personal item for the altar (e.g. crystal, token, keepsake you’ll take it home) - (optional)
• Anything else that helps you feel grounded and comfortable
