All supplies and step by step instruction will be provided to paint the featured acrylic painting, "Dreaming Trees," on an 11"x 14" stretched canvas. Instructions will be given while also encouraging personal creative practices for Authenticity, Self-Expression, & Spiritual Embodiment. Many things attribute to well-being, and the ability to connect our inner world to outer world through introspection and contemplation can bring awareness to how/why we think, act, say, and do.
This class will also expose you to acrylic techniques like value, color temperature, tool use, blending, and more that you can use in your own creative practices like visual journaling that improve self wellness.
