Join us for an engaging program featuring the new book “Tend to Your Spirit: Mindful Living with Chronic Illness” The event will feature an introduction to the book’s origins, select memoir excerpts, followed by an interactive Q&A session and book signing. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how storytelling, community, and how mindfulness can foster healing, even in life’s most challenging seasons. Books will be available for purchase following the event.
