Empowered Caregiver Group: Support, Connection, and Practical Tools for Your Journey

Caring for a loved one with aging, chronic, or terminal illness is an act of love and commitment that brings moments of connection and purpose. Yet, it can also be challenging and overwhelming—especially when you have a complicated relationship, they resist help, hold unrealistic expectations, or deny their current circumstances. If you’re feeling the emotional and physical strain, you’re not alone.

This group provides a welcoming space to reflect, share, and gain practical tools to navigate caregiving while also caring for yourself.

Whether you’re a full or part-time caregiver, managing care from a distance, juggling personal and professional responsibilities, or navigating sensitive family dynamics, this group is here for you.

Together, we’ll explore caregiving challenges and ways to care for yourself using:

1. Journaling to process emotions and gain clarity.
2. Supportive conversations with others who truly understand.
3. Care planning resources & tips for more manageable caregiving.
4. Simple goals to help you take control and feel empowered.
