Super excited to announce our upcoming The Art of High Fashion - Vintage Chic Shoot ft. Mel Boleyn!!

If you've been looking to add something different to your portfolio, this workshop is for you. This shoot will focus on creating stylish, sophisticated high-fashion portraits with a vintage chic aesthetic.

Our featured model is the incredibly talented Mel Boleyn. We will be using dramatic glamour-style lighting and dynamic poses throughout the shoot. Gobos will also be used to create mood and emotion through light.

The goal is to create images that make people stop and say wow as they pick their jaw up off the floor.

🕐 Group Shoot Time: 12pm to 2:30pm

🕐 One-on-ones: 2:30pm to 3:30pm

📸 How the shoot works:

Photographers will take turns as the lead photographer.

Staff will be on hand to assist, give tips and pointers, and help with lighting/camera settings. We will also answer any questions you may have.

A $50 deposit is required to hold your spot for this event.

Optional - One-on-ones:

A one-on-one is a private session between the photographer and model. It gives the photographer a chance to try new techniques and concepts while working individually with the model.

🕐 One-on-one Schedule:

2:30pm to 3pm

Cost for one-on-ones:

$50 per half hour or $100 for one hour fashion/boudoir/lingerie.

Photographers will pay the model directly via Cash, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle on the day of the event.

🚘 Parking:

Free parking is available directly behind the building.

There is additional parking next door at 419 if the lot is full.

💡 Lighting:

Lighting equipment will be provided for everyone to use, or you may bring your own.

We will be using dramatic glamour-style lighting and gobos to create mood and emotion through light.

If you prefer to shoot with strobes, we also have a strobe available upon request.

🎒 What to bring:

Camera, lens kit, extra batteries, memory card & creativity!!

Recommended lens: Anything in the 18mm to 85mm range, considering we will be in an enclosed area.

📋 Model Releases:

All photographers will receive a digital copy of the model release form within 48 hours after the event.

💲 Refund Policy:

Once a deposit or full payment is submitted, your spot is officially reserved.

Deposits are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of funds toward the model, studio, and overall event expenses.

This policy functions the same way as a concert or movie ticket.

If something comes up on our end and we need to cancel or reschedule, everyone who signed up will be given the option of a full refund or credit toward a future shoot of their choosing.
