Event Schedule:

• 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Mocktail Hour & Journaling
  Start the evening with a refreshing mocktail as you explore guided journal prompts. These prompts will help you set clear intentions, tapping into the manifestation power of 11/11.
• 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm: Mindful Movement
  Flow through a gentle 45-minute yoga practice, focusing on mindful movement and breath awareness. This practice is designed to help release physical and emotional tension, allowing you to align with the powerful energy of new beginnings.
• 7:15 pm - 7:30 pm: Sound Bath Savasana
  Close the evening with a soothing 15-minute sound bath, where the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls will wash over you. This sound bath will help you relax deeply and integrate your intentions for manifestation and balance.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket (for comfort during the sound bath)
• Journal and pen (for intention setting)
