11:11 MANIFESTATION PORTAL: Sound • Kundalini Activation • Bodywork
About this Event
We’ll begin with a manifestation ritual to connect with your desires and set clear intentions for this next chapter.
From there, immerse yourself in soothing sound frequencies, inviting your nervous system to settle and your mind to soften into a meditative state.
We’ll then move into Kundalini activation and bodywork—a space to connect with your body, move energy, and release old stories, emotions, and patterns that no longer serve you.
Through intention, sound, energy, and touch, we’ll make room for new possibilities and the manifestations you’re ready to welcome.
Come as you are. Leave with a deeper connection to yourself and what you’re creating
Participants may experience:
• deep relaxation and nervous-system regulation
• emotional release stored in the body
• spontaneous movement of life-force energy
• vivid inner imagery or dreams• a renewed sense of clarity, vitality, and embodiment
