• Journal & pen (for reflection and intention-setting)

• Water bottle (stay hydrated throughout the journey)

• Comfortable clothing (something you can move and relax in)

What Will Be Provided:

• Yoga mat

• Cozy blanket for warmth and grounding

Although this type of breathwork is incredibly healing, it may not be for everyone. Please see below, if you have any contraindications listed please check with doctor and let me know before hand! Your safety is always first priority.

Contraindications for Somatic Breathwork

• Pregnancy (due to the intensity of breathwork)

• Cardiovascular issues, including high blood pressure or heart disease

• History of severe mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis)

• Epilepsy or history of seizures

• Severe asthma (unless inhaler is on hand)

• Recent major surgeries or physical injuries

• Severe osteoporosis

• Detached retina or glaucoma

• Individuals with a history of aneurysms
