La Cultura Vive en Brownsville proudly presents its Annual Texas Best Conjunto Competition, the first original event of its kind in our region. This year marks our 10th Anniversary of showcasingmusical talent from school across Texas. Young student musicians will compete in categories such as accordion, bajo, bass, drums and vocals, vying for both, group and individual awards. While this competition has been replicated by various organizations recently throughout the Rio Grande Valley,
we take pride in being the first entity to establish it.
