⭐ IT'S HERE!!⭐The 10th Annual Star City Strongman is happening Sept. 27 at Elmwood Park. It’s capped at 50 athletes.
Events (each one giving a little nod to the decade of strength):
- Duel of the Decade - face-to-face deadlifts
- Steel Showdown - max log press
- Xtreme Pull - chain + barrel drag
- DecaDigit Destruction - Fingal’s fingers for reps (*every athlete that gets 10 or more flips will get a special prize!*)
- Anniversary Atlas Annihilation - head-to-head stone over bar
