Mike lived in Vinton his entire life. He went to school, played sprts and eventually started his own family in the same small town. When his boys started playing sports, he dedicated his time to coaching, but still found time to play softball for many local teams. Close to thirty years Mike coached many sports, but none of them meant more to him than baseball. Mike had the honor of coaching with close friends, brothers and his brother-in-law and eventually coaching his grandson with his oldest son. Mike loved coaching and he loved the kids! Mike made a huge impact on the Vinton community and this is a way WE can keep his legacy alive. The golf tournament will have limited space so please sign up today. If you are unable to play or attend this great cause, there are many other opportunities; sponsorships and\or volunteer positions.
