Come make holiday gifts at Gourdlandia! We'll have 4 projects available. You can make a birdhouse ($30), a pomander ($5), a Thing On A Spring ($20) or the ever-popular gourd night light ($40). Projects are appropriate for people age 8 and up.
The Dabble-Do, always the Saturday after Thanksgiving, is a day for us to honor a local charity. This year, proceeds from the day will support the Karen Burmese community church. The Karen are one of the persecuted ethnicities in Burma, and there's a strong community here in Ithaca. They recently purchased the old Kuma's nightclub building, and are converting it to be their church.
