10th Annual Health Center Open
The Siouxland Community Health Foundation will host an afternoon of golf at the Sioux City Country Club on Monday, July 27. The event will feature an 18-hole scramble with various pin prizes throughout the tournament.
Golfers and sponsorships that include golfers, will receive a complimentary sack lunch available at 10:00AM, prior to the 11:00AM shotgun start, as well as dinner during the awards presentation.

All proceeds from the event will provide a direct impact on the patients we serve, benefiting programs and services that help build a healthier Siouxland community.
