Save the date—the North Highlands Neighborhood Association turned 10 this year, and we're celebrating by closing down part of Laurel Avenue and throwing a street party on October 11th!
• 4:00: NHNA is providing pizza and drinks, and neighbors are invited to bring any other treats, refreshments, and potlucky snacks they'd like to our serving station.
• 4:30: Costume Parade! Everyone—kids, adults, and pets—is invited to don their most festive outfit; prizes will be awarded to best child, adult, and pet costumes!
• 5:00: Entertainment—music (jam session, anyone?), outdoor games, biking/skating, sidewalk chalk and hanging out with neighbors.
