Welcome to the celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Bristol Urban sketchers.
The Balmoral are kindly supplying the venue for our meet (next to the M Shed)
THINGS FOR YOU TO BRING TO THE EVENT
We will have a sharing meal, can you please bring along something with you to share, ideally finger food that is easy to serve. If you would like to bring your sketch book for others to view at the exhibition please do so. If you are attending, can you click going on face book so we can keep an eye on numbers. Thank you
DETAILS OF THE EVENT
11 - 2pm
11 am meet in the main bar area, there is a bar to purchase drinks. Tables will be provided for the food to be shared later
Welcome and speech and introduce our special guests
11.20 - 12 Mingling and getting to know everyone in the main bar. The exhibition will be open (in the exhibition space) for you to visit and add your sketchbook if you have brought one.
Steve has kindly put together a selection of some of the sketches various members of the group have produced and posted on the group which will be on display
12 - 12.30 Sharing meal in the main bar
12.30 - 1.45 the exhibition will reopen for you to visit and view and browse sketchbooks, or chat in the main bar
1.45 Main bar for close and thanks
Don't forget to take home any uneaten food you provided or any sketchbooks you brought along.
