A Practice to Celebrate The Summer Solstice

Celebrate the first day of winter and the shortest day of the year by practicing 108 sun salutations. During the 90-minute practice, Bridgette will guide you through surya namascar, supported generously with guide posts, intermittent stretches for shoulders, hips, and hamstrings, and messaging to move you beyond the physical and into the devotional aspects of the yoga practice. In this workshop, you will explore the significance of 108, surrender to your breath, and let your intuition guide you though the movement. Let’s honor the Solstice together!
