Please join us for a deeply physical meditative practice of 108 sun salutations to welcome in the new year by igniting our inner fire to stoke our strength and reunite the mind and body!
Every sun salutation will be led and you are welcome to take breaks and modify as needed, and we'll be on hand to assist. This is a deeply moving practice and we hope you'll join us as the recent Forged Soul Yoga Teacher Training Graduates team up to offer this special event. It is estimated to take between 90-120 minutes and we will conclude will a well deserved rejuvenating savasana with some pampering!
