Join us for 6 sets of 18 Sun Salutations, totaling 108. Remember, you’re not required to complete them all; simply flow with your breath and nourish your spirit! Amber will guide you through each “salutation,” focusing on your Inhale & Exhale.

Following the flow, we’ll take a brief break to transition into an hour-long restorative session, allowing you to soak in the beautiful energy you've created as you prepare for the new year and maintain your vibrancy throughout the winter.
