108 Sun Salutations for Autumnal Equinox AND Sound Bath: Do One or Both!

Practicing 108 sun salutations is how yogis traditionally observe the change of seasons. This ritual is considered a cleansing inner renunciation and surrender to the new season. It is an immensely profound (and fun) way to connect to the life-giving source and power of the Sun in appreciation love and gratitude. With intention we shall practice to open hearts and become a vessel for the love-light-flow to pour forth. Raising our vibration to transform and heal ourselves and the world. By joining our energy and hearts together we become a powerful beacon of light and love which can spread around the globe. We center in the heart with love and devotion and flow through the 108 with the intention to radiate positive energy into the world. The session will go like this… 1. Short meditation and setting of our intentions 2. 108 sun salutations 4 rounds x 27 sun salutations with optional prompts before each round 3. Savasana and final meditation Bring your crystals to charge up with the high collective energy in the room! Bring any items that represent anything significant for you that you want to focus on this fall season. Fall snacks/beverages to follow.

You do not have to do all 108 Sun Salutations! This is a collective energy! Do what you can rest when you need or allow the energy of the room to inspire you to do them all!

Sound bath to follow at 11:30 a.m. Register for one or both! Sound bath will be about an hour.
