- Get Smart: We’ll go over tips and tricks for staying aware and handling tricky situations with confidence.
- Feel Empowered: Walk away with new skills and a real sense of empowerment. It’s all about making sure you feel ready to handle whatever comes your way.
- Hang Out and Sip: Enjoy some craft beers after you train and hang out with others who are just as excited about self-defense.

How to Join:
