It is an ancient yoga tradition to practice 108 Sun Salutations during the change of each season. These movements paired with your intention for the new season are practiced as a way to internally detox and shift what is needed to balance and rejuvenate yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically as the natural world around you shifts.
The Fall Equinox is a time where the length of daylight and darkness is the exact same. It is a time to connect with and honor balance within us. Fall represents a time of abundance, grounding, releasing and letting go before the gestation period of winter.
Bring water, a sweat towel, and expect this class to be roughly 90 minutes. (Feel free to bring any other small items that you want to honor the season with such as a journal, flower petals, meditation/intention cards, etc.)
