Welcome the arrival of the summer solstice at Kerby’s Nursery and celebrate Keystone Yoga’s 5th anniversary. Keystone Yoga is our monthly Yoga in the Garden partner, and Keystone’s owner, Kristen Molinaro, will lead us through the sequence of Sun Salutation A 108 times with periodic breaks.
Sun Salutation A is beneficial because it warms your whole body, builds strength and flexibility, and helps calm and focus your mind.
