Together, we'll move through 108 Sun Salutations; a practice symbolizing renewal, balance, and a powerful way to set intentions for the season ahead.Why 108? In yoga, the number 108 holds spiritual significance, representing unity, wholeness, and the connection between the self and the universe. This transformative practice is a beautiful way to release what no longer serves us and invite in new energy.
All levels are welcome! We'll guide you with modifications and pauses as needed. Let’s honor the changing season together in community.
