About this Event

Celebrate the balance of light and dark with 108 Sun Salutations for the Spring Equinox. In this silent moving meditation, we’ll alternate leaders as we move through 9 sets of 12, symbolizing growth, renewal, and planting seeds of intention for the season. Flow at your own pace and embrace the energy of transformation as nature awakens and life begins to bloom.

This special event will be led by Devin and will take the place of her usual Flow class that evening.
