108 Sun Salutations : Autumn Equinox

Join us at My Yoga Place on September 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM (BST) for a joyful and energizing afternoon as we come together to flow through 108 Sun Salutations (or however many you’d like) to celebrate the Autumn Equinox.

This event is all about community, movement, and honoring the changing season with a fun and supportive group practice. Donations are warmly welcome on the day, with all proceeds going to the inspiring Megan's Space charity.
