Celebrate the Summer Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations and a community potluck with us!The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a time to honor the light around us and within us. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a powerful moving meditation that builds strength, focus, and connection to the breath.
This is a challenging practice, but has accessible options. You are welcome to move at your own pace, take breaks, or participate in part of the practice.
Led by Kelly Knight, E-RYT500.
What to expect:
– Centering and warm up
– 108 Sun Salutations with modifications for all levels
– Intentional pauses to rest and reset
– Stretching, savasana, and meditation
– Time in community to connect and share food
After practice, we’ll gather for a community potluck. Please bring a vegetarian dish to share if you’re able.
