We begin the year with a practice of intention, breath, and sacred repetition.108 Sun Salutations is an ancient ritual symbolizing release, renewal, and stepping forward with clarity. Together, we’ll move through the sequence in gentle rounds of twelve, settling into a steady rhythm that supports body, breath, and mind.
This practice isn’t about perfection or endurance: it’s about presence. You’re welcome to move at your own pace, modify as needed, or rest whenever your body asks. All experience levels are welcome.
We’ll close with a guided meditation and extended savasana to allow the practice to integrate softly and fully.
Bring water, a towel, and anything that helps you feel grounded.
