TT is an acronym that stands for many different moods a person might have in this dream city when stepping out. Some of those moods vary from Taco Thursday, TT (Short For Aunty), Thirsty Thursday, Turnt Thursday, 1010 Wine (ten-ten: mood for a vibey night at 1010), or many other moods.
