After last years success of our 101 - HOW TO ZOUK TECHNIQUES series we continue strong in 2025.
✨ 16. of March: HOW TO ROTISSERIE TURNS, TILTED TURNS AND ADVANCED TRANSITIONS - with Stefaan & Julinha ✨
One day to focus on learning the technique of one specific topic. For Brazilian Zouk/Lambada dancers AND dancers of other genres: BachaZouk, Bachata, Kizomba, Salsa, WCS etc.
We found a way to repeat some of the foundations for people who want to join this year, but also to work on more advanced movements for everyone who learned the foundations already.

Going into the very detail of the foundation of rotisserie turn & tilted turn technique.
How to lead & follow rotisserie turns safely, tipps for a healthy and beautiful execution. No matter which dance. We will go into all the drills and all the little details, to finally make you understand this technique.
❗️ Suitable for advanced bachata dancers or intermediate zouk & Bachazouk dancers. Knowledge of general turn technique, body isolations and circular headmovement mandatory.

Application & Transitions in BachaZouk & Brazilian Zouk
How can you use the tilted turn & rotisserie techniques for different movements you have seen out there? We will have the time to train advanced techniques and transitions, that you usually don’t have time to train on.
We will discuss how to use rotisserie & tilted turns inside of BachaZouk, Bachata & Brazilian Zouk. How to enter & exit, how to combine and create advanced transition between tilted turns, linear & circular headmovements & rotisserie turns.
❗️ Suitable for advanced-professional bachata dancers or intermediate-advanced zouk & Bachazouk dancers. Knowledge and effortless execution of general turn technique, body isolations, circular headmovement, tilted turns & rotisserie turns mandatory.
(If the foundations classes are done without major problems you can decide spontaneously to join the variations part)

✨ The teachers ✨
✨Stefaan: is one of the reknown dance fusion bachata teachers. He is known all over the world for his incredible social dancing skills, leading zouk inspired movements that the followers have not been able to do previous to dancing with him 🤯
He is also known for his love for detail and for learning and incorporating more and more zouk movements into his bachata.
✨Julinha: is the ZoukCologne headteacher at tanzraum and has been teaching workshops all over Europe, in the US and in Asia. She is known for her love for technical details, her drills and for keeping the fun up in class even with all these technical topics.
