100th Anniversary | 1920's Speakeasy

As part of Eastern Slope Inn’s 100th Anniversary Celebration Week, step back in time and discover a hidden piece of local history at our 1920s Speakeasy at Chef’s Bistro on Monday, July 13th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Inspired by the clandestine cocktail culture of the Prohibition era, this special pop-up experience invites guests to enjoy handcrafted drinks, a vintage atmosphere, and a touch of mystery as we celebrate the decade in which the Eastern Slope Inn first opened its doors.
To gain entry, guests must provide the secret password: “Hotel Randall.” Long before it became the Eastern Slope Inn, the site was home to the Hotel Randall, making the password a nod to an important chapter in our property's story. Guests are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the Roaring Twenties by dressing in their finest 1920s-inspired attire, though period dress is entirely optional. Whether you arrive in flapper fashion, a sharp suit, or simply ready for a good time, join us for an afternoon of hidden doors, great company, and Jazz Age charm.
