You will learn Yoga techniques, meditation and the philosophy of Yoga and Ayurveda for your personal growth and career as a Yoga instructor or Holistic practitioner.
ABOUT HARI OM COURSES
Hari OM Yoga immersion training is a program offering an in-depth study of Yoga and her sister science, Ayurveda. The teachings are focused on the classic yoga tradition, while bringing it into context in modern times.
The aim of this Yoga immersion is to dive deep into the heart of what it means to practice yoga: by learning to love and care for your body – your home in this world – and by restoring your inner connection through discovering the true self.
Open to all levels, this training is equally beneficial for someone looking to become a yoga teacher and share their passion with the world, as for someone seeking to deepen their personal yoga and meditation practice.
Beyond yoga, students will be introduced to its sister science of Ayurveda. Ayur strands for life, and Veda for knowledge, therefore Ayurveda represents the ‘science of life’, an ancient medicinal and lifestyle tradition that perfectly complements yoga. The two together form a perfect toolset for a healthy, wholesome lifestyle! Keep the body healthy with yoga asana and Ayurvedic healing and nutrition principles, maintain mental and emotional peace, and find balance with mindfulness lifestyle practices.
COURSE PREREQUISITES
* Experience practicing Yoga for a minimum of six months advised
* Meditation experience is advised
* If taking the course as part of the 200hr or 300hr teacher training, your dates for the second 100hr might be manually adjusted by our teachers to make sure you cover all modules
* You have two years to complete both 100hr modules to combine them for a 200hr certificate (extensions beyond that will be considered on an individual basis)
THIS COURSE IS FOR:
* Yoga practitioners wanting to deepen their personal practice of yoga, mediation, and Ayurveda
* Certified Yoga teachers wanting to specialize in a new style of Yoga and Ayurveda, polish their teaching skills or simply continue studying
* Future Yoga teachers who choose to take their 200hr training in two 100hr modules over a period of time
* Yoga teachers on a 300hr track (certain modules only)
