Join Gianluca and Deborah, founders of Senses Sri Lanka, for a transformative journey to becoming a certified Breathwork Facilitator. This is not a “one-method” course but a comprehensive program designed to give you an in-depth understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system, along with various breathing techniques and practices. The training places a strong emphasis on conscious connected breathing. You will also learn “Breathwork, Bodywork & Sound Healing,” our unique approach to making your offering stand out.
- Learn, practice, and become a professional, ethical expert in the most advanced breathwork styles in the world, including Conscious Connected Breathing, Breath Awakening Meditation, Breathwork for Holotropic and Transpersonal States (Psychedelic Style), Breathwork for Trauma and Inner Child Healing, Breathwork for Cold Exposure and Ice Baths, Pranayama, and various techniques to regulate your nervous system.
- Discover our unique approach to Conscious Connected Breathwork, which includes Bodywork & Sound Healing, to enhance your sessions and make your offering stand out.
- Gain hands-on experience through an exclusive and free internship program at Senses Sri Lanka (optional), supporting multiple weekly sessions to build confidence in holding space for large groups.

Prerequisites:
You must not have any of the following medical conditions:
- High blood pressure or cardiovascular issues.
- A diagnosed mental health condition or be taking any medication for mental health.
- Pregnancy.

DATES & TIMES
2025 | September 1 - 7 in-person + September 21 - November 9 online training
8:00 - 17:30 daily for the in-person training.
Online training will consist of self-practice and study during the week + 3-hour live call every Sunday at 2 PM CET.
