100% Unfiltered: Curiosity Club: Junk Journalling

Who says journaling has to be neat, organised, or perfect?

Join us for Junk Journalling with Tapestry, where scraps become keepsakes and little bits of everyday life find a place on your pages. Get creative with paper, stickers, photos, doodles, and all the little things you’ve collected along the way.

Whether you’re documenting memories, expressing yourself, or simply looking for a creative outlet, there’s no right or wrong way to do it. Mix, match, layer, and experiment to create something that feels completely you.

Come as you are, embrace the mess, and leave with a journal that tells your story, one scrap at a time.

About Tapestry: Founded in 2014, The Tapestry Project is a community-based mental health non-profit that draws on narrative therapy principles, peer support practices and creative literary arts to champion mental health education, empowerment and social inclusion. We believe every person’s story matters.

Through personal storytelling and narrative journaling, Tapestry helps people make sense of their experiences, recognise their strengths and connect with others.
