It’s been 10 years since SiFu passed. His teachings, discipline, and spirit still live on in all of us—inside and outside the kwoon.This year, February 16th—the day SiFu passed—falls during Chinese New Year. So we’ve chosen February 24th instead, which is also the 16th day of the Lunar calendar, a powerful time for reflection, renewal, and remembrance.
This isn’t just a casual meetup—it’s a responsibility. SiFu gave each of us something we carry to this day. Showing up is the least we can do. Like SiFu would say: “Diu… no excuses.”
We come together as students, not sides—one family, one teacher, no differences, no politics.
