Ten years ago, ProForm Physical Therapy opened its doors with a simple mission: provide the highest quality care possible and help our community stay active, healthy, and doing what they love.
We couldn’t have reached this milestone without the incredible support of our patients, families, friends, local businesses, and community. To celebrate, we’d love for you to join us for our 10-Year Anniversary Open House!

✅ Suns Up Coffee Co. coffee cart

✅ Raffles and giveaways
✅ Local businesses and vendors
✅ A bouncy house for the kids
✅ Fun for the whole family
As part of the celebration, we’ll also be raising money for the Brett Burkinshaw Memorial Scholarship Fund.
