EmpowHer: A Teen Girls Group by Hi-LiteA 10-Week Journey of Confidence + Connection
Every girl deserves to feel confident, capable, and connected. This 10-week program led by Certified Youth Life Coach Coach Catalina, gives middle and high school girls the tools to know who they are, where they’re going, and how to get there.
Through coaching, activities, and peer connection, girls will learn to:
Trust their inner voice + make confident decisions
Set healthy boundaries and strengthen relationships
Navigate social pressures with authenticity
Transform self-doubt into self-compassion
Manage stress and emotions with practical tools
Build habits that support success and wellbeing
Beyond skill-building, this group is a safe space to share experiences, build friendships, and discover that they’re not alone.
