Have you ever felt drawn to Tarot but wanted a deeper understanding of how it truly works for you?
Whether you are just beginning your Tarot journey or ready to move into more confident, intuitive reading, this immersive class is designed to help you build a strong foundation while honoring your own unique intuitive style.
Beginning Monday, February 16, a 10 week Tarot class for beginning and intermediate students will be held at Unity Center of Des Moines, located at 414 31st Street. Classes will meet Monday evenings from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in a welcoming, supportive learning environment.
This class is taught by Randall Blackman, Master Tarot Reader, Expo Coordinator, and creator of Psychic Thursday events. Randall has years of experience reading Tarot for individuals and groups, teaching Tarot fundamentals, and mentoring developing readers. His approach blends practical Tarot knowledge with intuitive development, ethics, and real world application.
Over the course of ten weeks, we will explore:
• Identifying your personal intuition style and how it shapes the way you read Tarot for yourself and others
• Strengthening intuition and learning how to use it confidently in everyday life
• Meanings and symbolism of the Major Arcana, Minor Arcana, and Court Cards
• Beginning to intermediate Tarot spreads and how to choose the right spread for each situation
• Ethical considerations and responsibilities when reading Tarot for others
Class size is limited to only 10 students, allowing for personal guidance, discussion, and hands on practice. The cost for the full 10 week course is $200 per person. If paying the full amount at registration is not possible, payment arrangements can be made.
What to bring on the first night:
• The Tarot deck Legacy of the Divine by Ciro Marchetti
• A pen or pencil
• An open mind and a willingness to learn and grow
A workbook and weekly handouts will be provided as you build your own personalized Tarot book throughout the class.
