Please join us to Discover China: Culture, Wellness, and Everyday Life. This is a 60-minute interactive program designed primarily for adult and senior audiences. Through storytelling, visuals, and gentle movement, participants explore everyday life in China, core cultural values, and traditional wellness practices such as the Five Animal Exercise.This program is presented by Phoebe Liang D’Alessandro. She is an expert in Chinese philosophy and culture with extensive experience in education and community programming. She served as a Chinese language and culture professor at Drake University from 2019 to 2022 and has been a Chinese Culture Ambassador with CultureALL since 2014.
