Learn how Journaling 'visually' in a Sketchbook provides PEACE and can BE a way to Document & process life's journey AND give you inner reflective and contemplative time to explore YOUR expression and Authenticity in the most Creative way possible using multiple mixed mediums, collage, automatic writing, and reflective prompts.We will begin by engaging in a Self-awareness & Self-love meditation and CREATE an EMpowered "Self Portrait" as first entry in your journal.
Everyone participating will receive a wire bound sketchbook to continue their process on their own. I will show examples of how to use multiple supplies to create spreads in your book, and a list of "My Fave Supplies" for journaling.
