Come relax and reset by exploring your creativity in a relaxed space. Using various water media, you will make your own piece of art with artist Karen Siegel. We will then be guided through a sound meditation accompanied by different instruments with Lisa Cooper. Sound meditation uses relaxing sound and tones to focus the mind; reduce stress and anxiety; boost immune and heart health; reduce pain and inflammation; and enhance mindfulness and focus.
This will be a restorative evening of creativity, mindfulness and inspiration, and an energizing boost for the Fall season.
