Come join us for a powerful 90 minutes of Sound Healing, Clearing, and a renewed sense of yourself through the sounds of 3*** beautiful gongs and other sacred sound equipment. "Vibrational Healings" is designed to give you a reset by using the power of sound to clear and release the things troubling you on the surface. This event will restore and renew your overall sense of self to return your nervous system to a state of ease and flow. This is not your typical sound bath, and will incorporate physical, spiritual, and emotional healing, all in the presence of beautifully played sound healing equipment.
Through the soothing and powerful vibrations of 3*** gongs, singing bowls, various chimes, and a variety of additional sound healing instruments.
This 90-minute session will help:

*Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (the studio has **limited** community blankets and backjacks, blocks, and bolsters)
*Blanket and pillow for added comfort
*Eye covering, bandanna, or small cloth to cover your eyes
*Anything Else to Make Yourself Comfortable
*Notebook
*Water to stay hydrated
