Hard to get away for a couple of days for a retreat? Want a day all about you? The I AM Love Mini Day Retreat is a day focused all on YOU and it is an opportunity to escape from the stressors of life. The Village of Cambridge has a lot of holistic offerings so I thought that it would be awesome to bring some of the amazing small businesses together for an epic day that you can relax and enjoy.

The I AM Love Mini Day Retreat Itinerary:
10:30-11:00: Meet at Stephanie Locchetta Art studio, welcome
11:00-11:30: We will walk over to Ruby Rose Gallery and pick out stones for inspiration for the alcohol ink project
11:30-12:00: Relaxation with journaling at Revive Salt Room
12:00-1:00: Lunch and tea at The Marigold Room and walk back to Stephanie Locchetta Art studio
1:00-2:30: Meditation with Alcohol Ink Project
2:30-3:00: Setting intention and heart opening with Cacao
3:00-3:30: Sound Bath
3:30-4:00: Closing Circle

I am keeping this a small, intimate group for everyone to experience a safe and enjoyable community.

When: Sunday, October 6th 10:30 am - 4:00 pm
Where: Stephanie Locchetta Art 1 Mill Street Cambridge, WI
(We will be venturing over to Ruby Rose Gallery, Revive Salt Room and The Marigold Room all located in Galleria 214)
Cost: $150 per person and includes everything for the whole day: choice of a stone from a select area at Ruby Rose, salt room time at Revive Salt Room, lunch and tea at The Marigold Room, alcohol ink project materials, cacao, sound bath, journals, pens, a mocktail and a fun goodie bag.
Limit: 8 people max

PLEASE NOTE OUR WORKSHOP POLICY: Workshop fees are non-refundable and dates are not exchangeable – however if the minimum isn’t met and/or we cancel the workshop due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your ticket will be fully refunded or exchanged.
