I invite you to share with me a year of Solace Strolls Soulfully Healing ♥️We will walk around Millport 10 miles after the walk we will get comfortable on the beach and embrace in session of reiki with a sound bath next to a fire. Followed by a dip/swim.
The beautiful Island of Millport is a ten mile loop and located just off the coast of North Ayrshire. It is incredibly scenic, it is a hidden gem when it comes to exploring Scotland.
Surrounded by natures beauty and the calming sounds of the elements. Immerse yourself mindfully in the beauty of nature.
Take some time for yourself to enjoy a deeply relaxing experience with like-minded individuals! All you have to do is relax, unwind and allow nature and the healing vibrations all around to enter your body.

What to bring: Yoga Mat, Blanket & Water, Swimwear if having a cold water dip/swim
