(1 PM) LIFTED: Sky Sanctuary Aireal Yoga+Reiki

Due to the beautiful response and success of our very first Aerial Yoga for the Summer experience, we’ve officially opened a SECOND date for May 23rd at Wishing Star Farm There’s something incredibly healing about being suspended gently in the air, surrounded by nature, while allowing your body and nervous system to finally exhale.

The first sessions filled quickly, and I’m so excited to open more space for those feeling called to this experience. You’ll begin with an Aerial Yoga session, using a soft hammock to explore gentle movement, supported stretches, and light inversions. This practice helps decompress the spine, release stored tension, and build strength with ease.

We then guide you into stillness, where you’ll receive Reiki energy healing—allowing your body to integrate, restore, and reset on a deeper energetic level.

All held in the beauty of nature, where fresh air and open space enhance your healing experience.
